Mother of Patricia Lynne Jacobs, William Charles (Mary) Jacobs and the late Roger Cook. Daughter in law of Robin Cook. Grandmother of Anita Parker, Lynn, Samantha, Kathryn Jacobs, Patrick Cook and the late Amanda Cook. Great and great-great grandmother of many grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Betty was a RN for the Seneca Nation and a member of the Turtle Clan. No prior visitation a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
