SCHUSTER, Ellen L.  Of Collins, entered into rest March 21, 2023 at the age of 93.  Beloved wife of the late Henry "Hank" Schuster; mother of John (Judy) Schuster, Jenny (Joe) Gernatt, Tom (Sandy) Schuster and the late Howard Schuster.  She is survived by twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.  She is predeceased by two sisters.  Ellen was an Erie County 4-H leader for 54 years, and a seamstress extraordinaire.  She taught many people to sew, made many quilts, wedding dresses and prom dresses.  She loved flowers, birds, playing cards and games.  She was a member of Erie 4-H Alumni and the Collins Center Fire Company Auxiliary.  No prior visitation. Burial will be held privately. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Erie County 4-H or the Collins Center Fire Company.
