SERAFIN, Frank R. "Scott"-"Santa" Feb. 5, 2023 of North Collins, NY at the age of 76 years after a long battle with cancer. Loving husband of Teri (Rinaldi) Serafin.  Father of the late Scotty Serafin.  Also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.  Brother of Dennis (Darlene) Serafin and the late David Serafin.  Scott was a veteran and served his country proudly as a Navy Corpsman in Vietnam.  He was an accomplished downhill skier, world traveler and played Santa Claus for over 50 years. He also loved his cats Jingles, H.D., Mickey and his dogs Wilson and Ollie.  A celebration of life will be held in July.  If desired memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.  Arrangements by Wentland Funeral Home North Collins, NY.
