MOTAK,  John, Suddenly May 13, 2023 of North Collins, NY at the age of 53 Years.  Beloved of Traci (Hamilton) Motak.  Loving father of Samantha (Eric) Chadwick and Nicole Torrey.  Grandfather of Christian, Jamie Bell, Aurora Kosmowski, Madison and Elizabeth Chadwick.  Son of Marjorie (Willis) Neifer and the late Joseph T. Motak Sr.  Brother of Thomas (Lori) Motak, James (late Donna) Motak, Beth (Donnie) Mack and the late Joseph Motak Jr.  a Memorial visitation will be held Friday July 7, 2023 from 4-8 PM at The Wentland Funeral Home 10634 Main St. (Rt 62) North Collins, NY where a Memorial Service will be held Saturday July 8 at 11 AM.  John was a member of the Local 7 Boilermakers.  Condolences may be made at www.wentlandfuneralhome.com.
