SCHMITT, Patricia A. (Polzin), Dec. 17, 2020 of Langford, NY At the age of 81 years, Patricia was suddenly called to her heavenly home.  She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Wesley J Schmitt who she married on 05/03/1958 at St Martins Church in Langford NY.  Loving mother of Janet Bossert (David Carlson), Dwayne (Amy) Schmitt, Carolyn (James) Mathis and Teresa (Jeffrey) Gier.  Special Nana to 13 grandchildren.  Great Grandma of 13, with 2 more on the way.  Also survived by her sister Phyllis (late Fred) Haier and sister-in-law of Chuck & Chips Schmitt.  Predeceased by her parents, Harold & Lucille Polzin, brother, Paul "Skip" (Lois) Polzin and sister, Evelyn (Richard) Dole.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  A memorial service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at 11 am on 01/30/2021 at Epiphany of our Lord Parish in Langford NY.  Arrangements by Wentland Funeral Home N.
